Frailty Movie Story - Synopsis. God's Hands is the name of a Texas serial killer that The FBI must track down. Matthew McConaughey plays Fenton Meeks, a man who realizes through a series of flashbacks that it might be his brother whom the FBI is tracking. He approaches the lead FBI investigator, claiming he knows the identity of the serial killer who calls himself "God's Hands." He tells him that the killer is his younger brother Adam. Raised by their widowed father. One day his father awoke, believing he had been visited by an angel and given a mission to destroy "demons" - normal looking people, who walked this earth as pure evil.
